Welcome to Weekends For You. By initiating reservations, querying data, or utilizing our logistics engine, you establish a binding agreement to these terms.

1. Booking & Financial Protocols

• 100% of the invoice must be settled instantly to lock the package.
• A hard lock applies within 48 hours of departure: zero modifications or refunds post-lock.
• Date shifts requested prior to the lock are subject to availability and a flat ₹500 routing fee.
• Cancellation structure: 100% (7+ days), 50% (3-7 days), 0% (<3 days).

2. Itinerary Modification Rights

• You maintain free date-shift authority up to 7 days before launch.
• Altering your group roster size will naturally recalculate your invoice (per private/pool logic).
• We reserve sovereign authority to restructure routes, skip waypoints, or alter stays unilaterally if local weather, geopolitics, or structural safety mandates it.

3. Participant Obligations

• The minimum permitted age is 5 years old (accompanied by a legal guardian).
• You declare you hold sufficient baseline cardiovascular/physical health for the outlined activities.
• In-field, the rulings of your assigned Trip Captain are absolute.

4. Limitations of Liability

Weekends For You acts strictly as a curation and booking array. We broker transport and boutique stays but hold zero legal liability for secondary domino delays, third-party cancellations, property damage, or biological injury. Comprehensive Third-Party Travel Insurance is heavily advised.

5. Field Conduct

• Total respect for indigenous populations, local customs, and fellow travelers is mandatory.
• Any behavior designated "structurally disruptive" grants the Trip Captain authority to eject you from the tour with zero refund.
• Possession and consumption of intoxicants must strictly obey the legal boundaries of the local state.
